Deposits will be lost on any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice before the appointment time. All deposits made are none refundable or transferable.

If you fail to turn up for two appointments you may be asked to make a none refundable or no transferable deposit of up to 50%. 

For large appointments, weddings and hair extension bookings, deposits will be required and these are non-refundable. 

However, if we are given more than 48 hours notice we can re-schedule and use the deposit for the new appointment.
